My philosophy as a doula is one that celebrates and upholds the power of a birthing person’s body knowing what to do before, during, and after birth. As your doula, I will follow a physiological approach to prepare you for the arrival of your baby. Through individualized care, communication, & collaboration we will create the most inviting birthday party for your littlest and newest love.
