I support Russian-speaking and Slavic families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, helping women feel informed, confident, safe, and supported as they prepare for birth. My goal is to create a calm and reassuring space where each mother can feel heard, respected, and empowered to have the most comfortable and positive birth experience possible. I provide emotional, physical, and educational support for both the mother and her family, including prenatal education, labor support, comfort measures, breastfeeding support, newborn care guidance, and postpartum support. I believe every birth is unique, and I tailor my care to each family’s individual needs, preferences, and birth plan. My role is to help reduce fear, build confidence, support informed decision-making, and provide continuous, compassionate care before, during, and after birth.
