Cassie's passion for birth work began after she witnessed her sister's pregnancy journey in 2020. She is a certified full-spectrum doula via Sumi's Touch (2024). She believes that the entire family is transformed with the birth of a child. She believes that doula and familial support can be crucial to helping families navigate their birth and postpartum periods. She believes that the mind, body, and spirit of a mother need to be tended to during birth and postpartum. She has worked mostly with first-time parents as a doula. She started off offering support to friends and family and eventually began offering her services to the community.
