These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by MCH Ventures, Inc. (d/b/a Mahmee) (“Mahmee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, booking care, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
SMS Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated, care-related text messages (SMS) from Mahmee. Message types include appointment confirmations and reminders, care provider message notifications, group session reminders, health monitoring reminders, insurance verification updates, and care plan notifications.
Message frequency varies based on your care activity and appointment schedule. Message and data rates may apply — your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS from us unless you opt back in. To opt back in, reply START to the service number. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@mahmee.com.
We will not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Use of Services
Mahmee provides maternal healthcare coordination and related services. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the services only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including SMS-related data.
