SMS/Text Messaging

Mahmee may send you care-related text messages (SMS) to the mobile phone number you provide. Message types include appointment confirmations, provider notifications, session reminders, health monitoring alerts, insurance updates, onboarding reminders, and care plan notifications. By providing a phone number and opting in during booking or account creation, you consent to receive these care-related messages.

Your mobile phone number and SMS-related data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or opt back in by replying START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@mahmee.com. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and usage.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as contact details, health and insurance information you submit during booking) and information generated through your use of the services, in order to deliver and coordinate your care.

How We Protect Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. We share information only as needed to provide services (for example, with care providers and processors acting on our behalf) or as required by law — never with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
